Transformation Manager digital & AI Acceleration

The House of HR Group is one of Europe's leading providers of specialized HR services. To further advance digital transformation and the use of AI solutions in our companies, we are looking for a  Transformation Manager Digital & AI Acceleration (m/f/d) .
In this role, you will play a key part in the implementation of our digitalization and AI initiatives. You will work closely with our German companies, especially SOLCOM and TimePartner, as well as international project teams.
 

Your responsibilities:
 

• You will support the introduction and sustainable use of digital solutions, recruiting platforms and AI-supported tools.
• You develop and manage measures to successfully establish new technologies and ways of working in organizations.
• You plan and moderate workshops, training sessions and exchange formats for employees and managers.
• You identify multipliers within the organization and support them in successfully bringing changes to their teams.
• You analyze usage data  and key figures, measure progress, and derive optimization measures from it.
• You support the further development of recruiting and sales processes and help to make the best possible use of digital potential.
• You will work closely with national and international stakeholders and contribute best practices to the group-wide transformation.
