Your tasks:
 

• Recruiting with responsibility:  You manage the personnel selection for our internal positions – with a focus on sales roles – from the job posting to the hiring.
• Professional interviews: You conduct structured conversations, moderate personal interview appointments and guide candidates and departments safely through the entire selection process.
• Consulting on equal terms: You support our managers in selection decisions and ensure uniform, comprehensible selection criteria.
• Positive Candidate Experience: You ensure binding, transparent and appreciative communication at all touchpoints.
• On-site collaboration: You will accompany the personnel selection process at our SOLCOM branches throughout Germany for approximately two to three days per month.
• Projects and further development: You contribute new ideas, observe trends in recruiting and personnel selection, and implement HR projects together with the team.
• Data-driven optimization: You will participate in recruiting controlling, design surveys, and derive concrete measures from key figures and feedback.
• Employer representation: You will represent SOLCOM at selected trade fairs and events.
