Accounting supervisor

is strongly focused on finance transformation: digitalisation, automation and continuous optimisation
of our accounting processes. For this challenge, we are looking for an Accounting & Finance
Transformation Supervisor (M/F/X) who helps safeguard the quality of our accounting and helps
shape the transformation of our finance processes.
As Accounting & Finance Transformation Supervisor, you are responsible for reviewing the accounting
of the corporate entities, while driving our finance transformation agenda forward. You will guide our
two corporate accountants during their day to day work, and will be on the look-out for any efficiencies
in the accounting process. You report directly to the Finance Manager and work closely together on
everything related to the monthly and annual closing, audit reporting, financial analyses and process
digitalisation.
Your Responsibilities
Reviewing the accounting of the corporate entities, from A to Z.
SPOC for two corporate accountants
Analysing P&L variances and identifying the underlying causes.
Driving the finance transformation agenda: identifying and implementing process optimisations
and digitalisation initiatives using AI tools, in close collaboration with the Finance Manager.
Carrying out ad hoc financial analyses and helping further automate and standardise accounting
processes such as intercompany invoicing.
Preparing the audit reporting and acting as the point of contact for questions from the auditors.
Preparing the monthly and annual closing and safeguarding the quality and timing of the
reporting.
Responsible for the cross-charging and invoicing of management fees.
Taking care of the communication of data via surveys requested by the authorities.
Your Profile
• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in a full-cycle accounting role.
• Strong Excel skills are a must; knowledge of Microsoft Business Central is a plus.
• You have an interest in, or experience with, process optimisation, digitalisation or finance
transformation initiatives.
• You are accurate and structured, with an eye for detail.
• You have an interest in, or affinity with, tools such as Power BI and AI tools like Claude.
