about our team
The AI team plays a central, scaling role supporting the entire House of HR portfolio. We are expanding and looking for an engineer to strengthen our bandwidth in delivering AI applications and AI Agents that our PowerHouses cannot imagine working without.
We partner directly with our PowerHouses' AI champions and field staff to understand their needs and determine how AI systems can help them go harder, better, faster, and stronger. No silos. No waterfall. Everyone on the team can take full or partial ownership over the entire AI lifecycle.
Curious about how your days will be filled?
Together with the AI Product Owner and the rest of the AI Engineers, you own the full cycle from idea to production.
▸ Design
You architect end-to-end AI systems that deliver features with clear business value, covering all necessary technical components. You collaborate closely with the AI Product Owner to conceptualise products and features, and you drive the implementation design of applications and agentic solutions.
▸ Develop
You build central Python REST APIs on top of FastAPI, Pydantic, and LLM providers (mainly OpenAI) to deliver tailored, AI-powered applications consumable by websites, bots, and ATS systems. You are fluent in LLM stack primitives: tool calls, agentic loop design, prompt engineering, and evaluations.
▸ Deploy
You leverage containerisation, serverless runtimes, and scalable Azure PaaS components to roll out products at scale. Everything goes through DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code. You make sure what you ship stays shipped.
▸ Own
You ensure stable, robust, and mature products through best practices in testing, AI evaluation and scoring, linting, monitoring, and security. You align closely with the business to constantly assess the real-world impact of your work. A shipped feature no one uses is not a win.
what profile are we looking for?
We are looking for a Happy Rebel to join our team. Someone who lives and breathes AI, ships with pride, and never hides behind a silo.
• AI-native You have working experience building both simple AI applications and more complex agentic loops. This is not something you have read about. It is how you work every day.
• End-to-end mindset You do not wait for someone else to pick up the next step. You take full or partial ownership over the entire AI lifecycle from design through to production monitoring.
• Curious and always learning The AI landscape changes fast. You stay ahead of it, not by following trends but by building things and understanding what actually works.
• Analytical with sharp instincts You have a good sense and intuition for performant software and AI systems. You know when something smells off before the metrics confirm it.
• Pragmatic You know when good enough code is the right call and when it is worth going deeper. You optimise for impact, not elegance for its own sake.
• Clear communicator You can explain what you built and why to both engineers and business stakeholders. No jargon shields, no black boxes.
Technical Expertise
Working experience with Python is a must-have. The following will earn you an extra star:
• LLM stack Tool calls, agentic loop design, prompt engineering, evals and scoring
• Cloud and API Microsoft Azure, FastAPI
• Deployment Docker and containerisation
