We are looking for a Housing Coordinator (m/f/d) for the International Recruiting team.

Your responsibilities

  • Active search for living space for various client projects
  • Contract negotiations with landlords (guesthouses, workers' accommodation, own apartments) in coordination with facility and legal departments.
  • Monitoring deadlines for contracts/agreements (terminations/renewals)
  • A contact person for landlords and neighbors to facilitate good coexistence.
  • Maintaining the occupancy plan for the accommodations in cooperation with the project managers.
  • Verification and assurance of the established minimum standards
  • Procurement of movable capital goods (furniture, bedding, etc.)
  • Management of accommodation keys
  • Key duplication / lock replacement in case of lost keys
  • Coordination of the caretaker for setting up accommodations, repairs, maintenance and replacement of items
  • Independent completion of smaller tasks
  • Checking the cleanliness in hallways, apartments and common areas and, if necessary, initiating measures to improve order and cleanliness.
  • Regular on-site documentation of accommodations
  • Regularly review the documents (house rules, accommodation rules, etc.) for accuracy and completeness.

 

 

Your qualifications

  • Excellent numerical skills and organizational talent
  • Independent work within the task area according to priorities.
  • Solution- and results-oriented thinking and action
  • Willingness to travel within Germany (project-related)
  • Affinity for and good knowledge of Excel, Office365, Teams, Zvoove, and willingness to learn new ERP systems.
  • Very high in-house quality standards
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Foreign language skills (English, Romanian or Polish) are desirable.
